Research interest

Adult stem cells maintain tissue homeostasis via proliferation and differentiation, and, may lead to tumor development when driver mutations accumulate. Using mice and organoid culture technology, combined with genome editing and chemical biology methods, we study the epigenetic mechanisms underline the differentiation or tumorigenesis of intestinal stem cells, and hope to identify potential therapeutic targeting approaches.
